Everyday Home Scrubbing Powder

2-4 drops clove bud essential oil
2-4 drops lemongrass essential oil
6 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp borax
Glass jar

~Combine dry ingredients and stir well. Pour oils over the mixture and stir well, then place in the glass jar. Sprinkle 1 to 3 teaspoons on a wet surface, gently scrub and rinse with warm water Note: Test before using.

Renew + Energize Air Freshener

8 drops clove essential oil
8 drops cinnamon leaf oil
8 drops bergamot essential oil
2 ounces of water
Glass mist bottle

~Pour oils into your bottle. Top off with water, replace lid and shake well. Spray as often as needed.

For Your Body

Perk Up Freshening Spray

2-4 drops of tea tree oil
2-4 drops lemon essential oil
4 ounces of water
Small glass spray bottle

~Combine the essential oils in the bottle. Add water, replace lid and shake well. Shake bottle and mist your space for an instant refresh and pick me up.

Body Love Coconut Oil Scrub

2-4 drops of blood orange essential oil
2-4 drops Frankincense essential oil
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
3-5 tablespoons coconut oil
Small glass jar

~Combine all the ingredients and stir with a wire whisk until blended, in a small mixing bowl. Transfer to your jar. Apply to damp to dry skin, and gently scrub in a circular motion. Rinse. Follow up with a natural oil moisturizer like hemp oil or jojoba oil. Note: Not for extremely sensitive skin.

Natural Fresh Feet Foot Powder

7 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp baking soda
2-4 drops Tea Tree essential Oil
2-4 drops lavender essential oil
Small glass jar Combine cornstarch and baking soda in a small mixing bowl.

~Add essential oils and stir with a fork, transferring it to the same jar. Sprinkle the appreciate amount on your feet and toes.

Sunshine in Your Pocket Body Oils for Calm + Focus

2 drops Vetiver Essential oil
2 drops Rosemary verbenone essential oil
2 tsp sweet almond oil
Glass jar or roll on bottle

~Combine essential oils in your bottle. Top off with sweet almond oil, replace cap and shake that sucker up! Dab or roll on to pulse points, temples and back of your neck. Confession, we like to dab in on our workout pants in all the sweaty places, if you know what we mean.
